DOTSOA Ltd, doing business as MyPhoneRobot ("we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of the data collected from users ("you" and "your") of our services, including but not limited to our Second Phone Number Application ("App") and various tools, content, features, products, services available in connection therewith ("Services"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you access the App or Services. This privacy policy does not apply to any app stores and may be subject to their privacy policies and terms of use.

Please read this privacy policy carefully. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time and for any reason. If there are any changes, we will update the "Revised" date of this privacy policy (at the top of the document). Your use of the App or Services after a revised privacy policy becomes effective will indicate your acceptance. Therefore, you are encouraged to frequently review this policy to stay informed of our current privacy practices. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT ACCESS THE SITE OR USE THE SERVICES.

DATA WE COLLECT

We collect identifiable information such as your ip address and email.

We collect ANDROID_ID - It is first encrypted to anonymous identifier and then used by our servers. We only have the encrypted anonymous identifier and not your ANDROID_ID number.

We are collecting the phone number from your contact information when you are sending messages or calls to that number. We do that for the only purpose of connecting you with that phone number - that's the target number that needs to be dialed or shown in your logs. We do not share these phone numbers with 3rd parties by any means.

In our app, we are using Google Sign In and we are creating account related to your email address, so you can login from any device at any time.

Other information that we collect:
Network activity, crash logs, basic user interaction such as visited screens. We do not connect this information with unique user.

Due to the type of application we collect Audio/Text data, such as text messages.

Your information is vital part of our relation ship with you and we put all reasonable effort to keep it safe and private. We use some 3rd party networks to track installations, get crash logs and push notifications(firebase). Those platforms help us to improve the quality of our service. They do not collect unique personal information such as IMEI, IDFA and etc.

There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your personally information with certain third parties without further notice to you: Legal Requirements and Other Circumstances - MyPhoneRobot may disclose your personally identifiable information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to

act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the MyPhoneRobot website or services or the public, or

We will take reasonable precautions to protect personally identifiable information in our possession from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. We retain data, in accordance with this privacy policy, from many of your activities on the Site, requesting Services, and making a customer service request. Specifically, we may use data collected about you in connection with the App to:

Administer your account with us to allow you to use the App.

Provide you with promotional material.

Customize the Services we provide to you.

Increase the efficiency and operation of the App.

Monitor and analyze usage and trends and to improve your experience with the App.

Request feedback and contact you about your use of the App and Services.

Enable user-to-user communications.

DATA WE SHARE

By providing personal information you are deemed to consent to our sharing of information we have about you in the following circumstances:

Where we need to share your information to provide the Services you requested.

Where we share your information with third parties who work on our behalf to provide a service to you, data analytic services, email delivery vendors, hosting services, and wireless services providers. We will only provide the information they need to deliver the Services, and such third parties are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

Where we want to keep you up to date on the latest service announcements, updates or other information about us, our Site and Services.
Where you have given us permission to share your information with third parties.

If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process or a request for information, We will disclose the personally identifiable information we have about you as permitted or required by law, in urgent circumstances, to protect personal safety, the public or our App.

If we reorganize or sell all or a portion of our assets, undergo a merger, or are acquired by another entity, we may transfer your information to the successor entity. If we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, your information would be an asset transferred or acquired by a third party.

The App and Services may be supported by third party advertising servers or networks that serve advertisements within the App. These third party advertising servers or networks use technology to send, directly to your computer or mobile device, the advertisements and links that appear on the App. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content to you. We do not provide them unique personal information.

DEACTIVATING YOUR ACCOUNT

You may deactivate your account at any time by messaging us at [email protected]. After you deactivate your account, we may retain information that we are required to keep and any information that has been shared on the App. Additionally, any data you have submitted or shared with a third party, such as application related information, will not be deleted by us.

DATA RETENTION

We will retain and use your information for up to 6 months on our servers, and will continue to retain your information for up to 6 months of inactivity on your account and/or opt-out for certain services and/or withdraw your consent to certain use (if our processing is basedon your consent), subject to the requirements of, or exercise of any individuals’ rights under, applicable privacy laws.

TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Our Services and our service providers may use push notification tokens, tracking pixels and other tracking technologies depending on the features offered. Log files, tags, and tracking technology is useful for gathering statistical information, which does not reveal your personal or organizational identity such as details of visits to our App and items accessed and other information such as your IP address. We may display certain advertising offers on the App or allow service providers, advertisers, advertising networks, or other third parties to advertise on the App. Additionally, we may use third party software to serve ads on the App, implement marketing campaigns, and manage other interactive marketing initiatives. This third party software may use cookies or similar tracking technology to help manage and optimize you online experience with the App and Services. For example we use Google Firebase to send push notifications to your device that we believe increase the user experience. You can disable the push notifications for this App via your Android/iOS device system settings.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect personally identifiable information. While we have taken reasonable steps to make the personal information you provide to us as secure as possible against unauthorized access, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online can potentially be intercepted and used by unauthorized parties. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of your information while it is in transit over the Internet or mobile networks and any such transmission by you is at your own risk. To help ensure security via the Internet, we recommend you keep your browser up to date with all current security patches and use a unique user name and password that you do not share.

POLICY FOR CHILDREN

While the Services are directed to users of all ages, we do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13 without prior verifiable consent from such child's parent or legal guardian ("Parental Consent"). If you are under the age of 13, you are not allowed to use the Services or create an account without Parental Consent. If you are at least 13 years old but not yet 18 years of age, you should not access or use the App or Services without permission from your parent or guardian. We recommend that all children under 18 years of age ask their parents or legal guardians for permission before transmitting any information about themselves to anyone via the Internet. With Parental Consent, we may collect information from children under the age of 13, such as ip address. With proper identification, parents and legal guardians may revoke Parental Consent or review, correct, and request deletion of their child's information stored in our databases by contacting us by email at [email protected]. When Parental Consent is revoked, we will stop collecting, using, processing, or disclosing, information from that child. If we learn that personally identifiable information from users less than 13 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such information from our records; however, the information may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our databases. If you are less than 18 years old, reside in California, and have installed the App, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the App. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the email address associated with your account at [email protected] and include a statement that you reside in California. While we will make sure the information is not publicly displayed on the App, please be aware that the information may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our databases.
